🏞️ During your stay

• 🤝 Be kind and respect everyone — share the magic with guests, staff, and the animals in the area.
• 🏡 Use the facilities responsibly… and with lots of joy. Take care of them as part of this great resort surrounded by nature.
• 🚭 No smoking or vaping indoors. Keep the air clean and pure, just like the nature around us.
• 🚯 Do not throw objects or litter. Help us keep the habitat of all the beings that coexist here clean.
• Some water slides have a minimum height and maximum weight. Always check the informative signs or ask the staff before diving into the adventure.
• 🛠️ Take care of the furniture and green areas. Every plant and every space is part of our magical ecosystem.
• 🍽️ At the buffet, serve yourself just enough… and repeat if you want. The magic is also in not wasting food. 🌱
• 💧 Use water consciously. Take short showers and turn off taps when not in use. Every drop counts.
• ⚠️ Have fun with respect. No fighting, shouting, or behaviors that disturb the peace of the animals or other guests.
• 🔇 Rest mode activated: keep quiet between 23:00 and 08:00, and also from 15:00 to 17:00 to care for human and animal rest.
• 👕 Dress appropriately in common areas. Natural spaces also deserve respect.
• 👥 Only registered guests may stay in the resort or access the cabins.
• 🎫 External visits: must be authorized and wear their Day Pass wristband to access the resort.
• 🐾 Out of respect for animal welfare, pets are not allowed. Here we coexist with species that need tranquility and their own natural space.
• 🚨 Do not tamper with emergency equipment or alarms. They are there to protect you, not to play with.
• 🍹 Alcohol is only for those of legal age. Enjoy responsibly and always in designated areas.
• 🏊‍♂️ Before swimming, shower. Respect hygiene and health regulations and the lifeguard's instructions.
• 💦 Do not swim outside of hours or without a lifeguard present. Safety always comes first.
• 🐘 Do not feed or disturb the animals in the park or zoo. Their diet and welfare are managed by expert caregivers.
• 🎯 Using laser pointers or accessing staff areas is prohibited. Respect is also part of the adventure!
• 🚫 Do not bring or consume prohibited substances. The only magic here is nature.
• 🚪 The management may impose sanctions or exercise the right of admission if someone disrupts coexistence or safety.
• 📩 If you have an idea or suggestion, share it kindly. We love to hear from you.
• 🔒 Take care of your belongings. Don’t let your treasures escape!
• 🧺 If you find something that isn’t yours, return it to reception. This way, we all recover what is lost!
• 👶 The children's and aquatic areas for little ones, always under adult supervision.
• 🧖‍♂️ Use the outdoor jacuzzi in your cabin properly. Avoid extra charges for misuse or special cleaning.
• 🍺 Minibar and recycling: deposit cans in designated containers for sustainable replenishment.
• 🧹 Keep your cabin clean. If it requires deep cleaning, it may incur an additional cost.
• 💡 Every day you choose not to request cleaning, you help remove plastic from the Mediterranean alongside The Gravity Wave. 🌊
• 💻 Be mindful of your digital conduct. Do not use the resort's network for inappropriate purposes or record without permission.
• 🗝️ Data protection: your data is used only to manage your stay. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion whenever you need.
• 💰 Remember: sanctions or charges may be updated according to current regulations and management costs.
